VACCINATION Certificates

• The University Health Service provides its own yellow 'International Certificates of Vaccination' booklet. Apart from acting as an official record of immunizations for overseas travel, it is also designed for students, staff, & visitors who wish to have a permanent record of routine immunizations (tetanus/diphtheria, polio, etc.), or of immunizations received in relation to study or work at the University (TB, Q Fever, Hep B, etc.). Please ask your University Health Service doctor.
